why doesn't sigma delta do formal recruitment?

Sweet girls, but they have a tiny house compared to even the smallest house that participates in formal rush. It would be incredibly hard for them to compete with the large houses on the row. Hopefully they can continue to build their membership and eventually make it back to the row. They really do have a great sisterhood, I know several and they are awesome girls.
