how is phi mu here? honestly like what is the sisterhood like and are they big partiers? are there a lot of out of state girls?

Not a huge party house as a whole, but as with every house on campus, you can't generalize; meaning there will be a few who do. They have made sisterhood a huge priority the past few years because they got slammed on it as a rush tactic from competing houses. I'd say of the old row houses, they are open to out of state. I think I've seen a stat somewhere that was 60/40. From past bid lists (last year wasn't posted) they had Missouri, California, Texas, Illinois, etc...and a cute girl that I think was from Norway.

With in state being 25 percent of pnms last year a 60-40 instate/oos split seems awfully in-state oriented to me.
