off campus frats

The off campus fraternities here are actually not terrible. I'm a sorority girl and I go to a few of their parties and I really enjoy myself. I go and the guys know who I am, they treat my friends and I very well and we have a lot of fun so we keep coming back. Sure, they don't have a house but the guys in there either come from military backgrounds where their parents don't make a lot of money or they just don't want to pay the on campus price but they still wanna be in a fraternity. Sure you'll get your weird ones but as this school has become more Greek life prominent the off campus fraternities have gotten a lot better with much better guys. Don't automatically judge them for being off campus when you don't know anything about them. The house I go to a lot is Alpha Sig and sometimes Sig Tau. They're a lot of fun and some pretty cool guys and a lot of cute ones too. If I had to guess who was top for off campus I'd say Sig Tau cause they have a lot more guys, and a good GPA then Alpha Sig, then ADPhi, Phi Tau, and last would be SAM.

Sig Tau (they have numbers and GPA but the guys are super strange and don't have any social skills)
Alpha Sig (not as many numbers but cool guys)
Phi Tau (they're alright)
SAM (awful)
Alpha Delta phi (strange and bad GPA)

Alpha Sig for sure
