fall/ spring cob

There is not "formal" COB calendar. Should any chapters fall below the Panhellenic set "total" number after formal rush, they may participate in COB.
If a chapter has 12 seniors graduate early in December, they might hold a few open events and extend bids. If a chapter is just 2-3 below total, those bids may go to friends of actives without anyone ever knowing.
Email, call, or drop by the Greek Life office when school starts to put your name on the list of interested PNM's. The office will share with the chapters who are eligible for COB but there is no expectation that they have to reach out to you. Your best bet may be to rush your sophomore year- you will certainly have more options then if you get good grades this year and make a lot of in-house friends.
