just my opinion on the houses that will be getting the most solid pledge classes this fall. also congratulations to kappa and phi mu on their new homes, they're both breathtaking.

This is one of the best lists I have seen bc it takes into account present day reality with the oos pnms and recent success in recruitment - instead of just repeating establishment status quo bs. KD and agd are falling bc they suck at recruiting oos and care only about in state alabama hs money and connections. The old/new row thing is actually over. A relic of another time. The only pnms tha care are those stuck in a hs mindset or who cannot impress oos recruitment teams. At the top new row houses. Oos are not impressed by girls who were born and raised in some hick town down by the river.

I would say that there isn't a huge difference (in ranks) between AGD and Zeta and Pi Phi in terms of PNM desirability. Like there will always be the in-state legacy and "good old girls" for whom AGD will be attractive, but to OOS, Zeta/Pi Phi will be more desirable. I predict that in the upcoming years AGD will be kind of split between top PNMs and OOS serious academic girls who couldn't get into AXO, XO, or DDD.
