off campus fraternities

If you're looking for an off campus fraternity, here's whose most likely to get SigEp's house and be on campus all in order
1. alpha sigma phi (cheapest dues and cool guys)
2. sigma tau gamma (biggest off campus fraternity, but very strange)
3.alpha delta phi (not very well known)
4. phi kappa tau (good guys but too small)
5. sigma alpha mu (very religious)

This is very true. sig tau and alpha sig are competing for the house. If alpha sig gets a good rush this year and spring semester and can get around a 3.0 GPA they'll have the house. If not Sig Tau might get it but sig tau doesn't really deserve it with the guys that they have. They're very strange.

I am not in an off campus frat, but wanted to speak up for stg. They are solid dudes. The person posting on here pretending to be the stg attacking zta is not an initiated active in stg. They were talking to him but never gave a bid. He is a pretty quiet guy but loses it sometimes. They realized this and let him down easy.
