is any old row sorority respected at ua?

I am a native Alabaman and all my friends from high school are only considering Old Row sororities. I know that putside of Alabama the Old Row Sororities are considered a big joke and made fun of at UA. If I decided to stay with my high school friends which "Old Row" Sorority is considered Least Shameful?
I have been with the same girls since elementary school and I would like to keep hanging together in our little club.
I know the highest ranked most prestigious houses are all on New Row but I want to stay with my same friends I have had sunce I was 5, plus I heard New Row cares about your looks. I like ALL Alabama women are big boned and we LOVE to eat so I don't want any sorority that will try to shame me into a diet.
