Connections are really important! I would say if you have your grades and involvement and are also attractive you would have a decent rush. But speaking from personal experience I had similar stats as you and I feel like my time at rush would have been a lot better if I had known a few more people. What's most important though is to try to relate to the women you speak to during the first round as much as possible. And although you cannot directly affect this, the more women from a house you speak to, the better chance you have to connect with them and they can help you get invited back.

Y'all pnms just have to keep in mind that all the houses are really good. Honestly. Each is a little different. If you go through recruitment and compete (really do it and try) you will land in a great house. Don't worry here in your last few weeks of vacation. Hang with friends. Work on your tan. Make some money.

Oh. Connections help everywhere not just in top houses. I have several friends in different new row houses and they also have lists and connections are important for the good new row houses just like the old row houses. I would count a connection active's that have been tracking you since spring teas. Means you made an impression.
But nothing you can or should do at this point. It is what it is. So just flow with it.

And profile for in-state girls that go new row. For in-state you need connections for old row. There are exceptions to every generalization of course.
