mentioning my injury?

I broke my ankle a few months ago but I still can't wear heels or wedges should I mention this during recruitment so the girls don't think I'm just willingly not wearing heels?

I would casually mention it, if they're wearing heels/wedges, maybe say how their shoes are so cute and you wish you could have worn heels but you couldn't because your ankle. It's not a huge deal. If you ankle is still bothering you, you can put that on your registration form which may be helpful.
