no house
by: PnmI'm a Pnm and have been talking to a lot of other PNMs who say that not having a house is a big deal breaker for them.... Do you think this will make pi phi less competitive? I like them soooo much and I know I'd fit in so great because I have met a few!!

It may a little but zeta was in that situation last year and they pulled one of the best pledge classes. So I would think it will not make pbp less competitive. But I am just guessing based on how zeta did. Looked like they were able to dress up the stadium suite thing very well for recruitment. Not having an actual house for a year was sort of a bummer and my zta friends did not love that but they made it work. I am sure the pbp haters will pound the point though.

Yeah but also a lot of pnms I've talked to loooooovvveeese zeta and alpha phi for god knows what's the reason but I don't hear much ranting and raving about pi phi
