ranks for fraternities

When rushees come to Bama, they look at houses like Sigma Nu, DKE, and SAE and immediately think these houses are top because that's the perception due to the past. While they are still good houses..
in my opinion, they are no where near the "top" and "best" houses on campus. Disgree with me if you choose, but while one or two of the old row fraternities are still good, new row is very equivalent nowadays. I'm basing my rankings solely on how much fun I have at their parties, their overall personalities, and how hot they are too.
Top Tier:
Phi Gam, Phi Delt, KA
2nd Tier
Sigma Chi, Theta Chi, Pike
3rd Tier
DKE, Sigma Nu, ATO
4th Tier
SAE, Pi Kapp, Delta Chi
5th Tier
Beta, Jefferson Houses

DKE is above KA and SAE, I think. And y'all over rate Sigma Chi who are somewhat suckworthy. They belong down with Beta the bleak and Jefferson the dark matter of irrelevancy.
