Without saying names how many girls do top houses drop the first round?

Bottom houses drop the same number as "top" houses. Every house on campus meets quota and Panhellenic sets the party sizes.

This actually isn't true. Every house is able to drop a lot (which is great) but top houses are able to drop more because they are dropped by PNM's less. Googling RFM will give good insight into the process. Panhellenic recommends a specific drop number to each house based on past return rates. Some houses may drop 1000 after ice water teas, some may drop 200
