Sigma chi, sigma nu, theta chi, beta?

Go snu or theta chi, depending on which one you like more. Sigma chi is not really on the same level as them and beta is way below all 3.

Beta is hated because they are one of the youngest houses (came in '64) but they're a good house. Sigma NU is better than everyone on your list and Theta Chi is kind of weird and have financial issues. Sigma Chi is great but in a weird place with their nationals.
