Best new row fraternity houses? Old row?
Been talking to Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, SAE, and Sigma Nu. Thoughts?

Best new row houses are Theta Chi and if you want to dip a notch Pike. Sigma Chi is all effed up for the last couple of years and is fairly crap. Best old row is DKE, SAE, KA, Phi Gamm and Sigma Nu. Watch SAE, could be going downhill fast. Their recruiting grounds are going to other houses in numbers.

lol this sounds like a theta chi, theta chi is good and sigma chi is not at all bad. Pike is so different from those two houses, and sigma chi is like a chiller, goofier theta chi.

Go where you like the brothers best. Look at pledge program, campus involvement, parties, grades, etc.

Lambda Chi is the largest and best of the new or old. Probably the most selective so their rejects land at others houses mentioned in old and new row.
