Oh, honey- no, no, no!
The women writing your recs have done this before. They know where to find the right forms for their sororities. They also know where to mail your recs- unless your main rec writer has requested that the letter of supports be mailed to her, you don't need to provide any addressed envelopes with your packet.
You should give your rec & letter writers your resume, 2 color pics (headshot & full body), and your transcript. Nothing more.
Also, don't forget to write your rec writers thank you notes- especially since you are so late & it's summertime now. A small gift for the main rec writer is also thoughtful, but not necessary.
