houses, extension, smaller sororities

After all the new sorority houses are built... will some of the current houses be kept for future extension or smaller sororities?

Or are all the older ones being torn down?

I think the only old houses left will be the old ADPi house and Kappa's current swing house. Personally I would love to see Sigma Delta Tau and Alpha Delta Chi move into those houses and join the row. But honestly I don't know what will happen to the older houses

they will be kept for future sororities to come and colonize. Sigma Kappa and AXiD have a real shot of returning as pnm numbers continue to rise. The old adpi and agd house will stay.

I expect Sigma Kappa to return once the fruit basket turnover on the row ends. But AXiD has been burned too many times at Alabama. I do not expect them to return ever.
But....you never know.

I've read here before that AXiD will probably never recolonize -- why do you think they be a less likely bet than Sigma Kappa? I know both struggled at Bama in the past and both left campus twice.
