I agree to this completely. Only reason phi gam isn't top is because they were on probation this year

The only New Row houses that are even "average" are Pike and Theta Chi. Old Row fraternities are just too strong in every aspect.

ΔΚΕ is irrelevant nationally they have more closed chapters than open ones. It is only a matter of time before their weak national reputation brings ΔΚΕ down to reality and they fold are perhaps absorbed by stronger national powers like Sig Ep or Phi Psi.
