predictions?
by: 2019with new houses being built, and other sororities moving into swing houses, how do you predict the fall pledge classes will be? Old row is pretty much done constructing come August. How will this affect rush? zeta, pi phi, aopi, and dz will all at some point be constructing during this next school year.

I think that if houses like adpi and dg really step up their rush game this year they can move up in rankings with their next pledge class gphi might also get help from this. But I think old row will get their fair share of great girls due to their living situations, and adpi will get the best new row pledge class with dg following. A lot of girls consider houses and the dues that come with it when it comes to rushing especially OOS girls (who typically go new row)

I bet dz doesn't get a good pledge class at all. I would say people might be ranking them with theta next yesr

I bet aphi gets all of zta's girls and adpi gets more girls who would've gone pi phi. Those houses cross rush the most.

self rank much aphi? after the big recruitment video scandal last year and ZTA getting a brand new house I'm pretty sure you and your bottom grades won't be taking too many of their girls.

Houses mean nothing. It's relationships and chemistry. If houses mattered that would be pretty sad commentary. Every chapter has a house to rush in except pbp, who will used the stadium club. As zta showed last year, even with that situation, they got a top pledge class.

There is a ton of prestige with Bama houses.

a lot of girls will take having an actual house into consideration. It's a $3,000 per semester decision. Parents have some influence. ZTA might do better than pi phi this year with the promise of their house in the spring but just look at this past years Phi Mu PC.... not too hot.

Your reasoning makes no sense. PM didn't 'do well' this past year because they didn't have a house?!? Well your argument shows you no nothing. Whether you have a house or not does not determine PC. And 'ZTA might do better than pi phi this year'......again you have no idea what you are talking about. Word was ZTA did incredible without a house last year AND so will Pi Phi. Oh and if you are worrying already about $, not a good sign. BTW parents have no influence who's chosen-houses choose you. No doubt this is the same troll...just dressing up his post a bit.....hating (or attempting to) on PM.

Predictions--
PBP and ADiPi and DZ will be strong
Then Aphi -if they don't do another video
Then DG and GPB --The only thing going for DG and GPB are their beautiful houses but the sisterhood is irrelevant - smart PNMS will see this

Funny that these houses are together in this because ADPI/DG are the biggest self rankers. Thats such a joke. ZTA/PBP/APHI will probably get the best new row pledge classes followed by ADPI. Then maybe DG/DZ. I agree DG has gotten better but they're way in over their heads on how "much better" they've gotten.
