Agd really lowest of old row? Lower than kappa and xo? Really? I can see a view that some new row houses have become top tier especially with flood of oos but seems like agd is still not down in the middle, or have things changed that much since 8 years ago?

How come some sororities share a rank number? Is that because they are too similar to seperate or they both take the same tier of girls, just diff types?

its not exactly that those houses are similar but that you can't necessarily put one above the other. For example this lists a phi and adpi together- two VERY different houses. But adpi is significantly above aphi in grades while aphi excels in bringing in pretty girls. So although they're so different they're probaby on the same tier.

honestly I would put pi phi and adpi together and zta and aphi together compete with each other more, more similar girls.
