panhellenic is most definitely your best resource. recruitment chairs get hundreds of emails a week, its better to try to find it on your own.

I'm an advisor. Get an alumna to write your rec. Don't know one? As your college friend who wrote hers. Or better yet, ask your college friend's mom.
