LOL. GPhi is not above Aphi or DZ, or DG. However they are improving rapidly and have (and have ALWAYS had) a lot of great girls. They are definitely not the bottom.

yall, all lists are subjective. every list you see put on greekrank is just somebody's personal opinion based on their priorities, their personality. this is why each pnm goes through recruitment. get out of the high school mentality.

When your opinion is based on what the greek community was like when you were in school 20 years ago, it's not valid for today. I would urge the moms to give it up because it's painfully obvious which rankings are theirs. We all know it and it just makes their houses look old-fashioned and dowdy.

@yeah but -- good point. when I see some of the fading, in-state legacy burdened old row chapters placed lower than the trendy new row chapters in a post, then somebody comes in an corrects it by moving the old row chapter back up to the top tier, it is totally smacks of the old guard trying to impose some sort of political correctness (from an old school standpoint).

I think it also makes New Row look terrible. It looks like "I have to keep telling you I'm great until you believe it." Y'all, if a house is good, no one needs to keep telling you it is. We know. It does change a little from year-to-year, just like football recruiting. You are only as good as your last class.
It also depends on your values and what you personally think is important. If you value a certain look, then you like a certain house. If you value connections, you go to a house with the same kind you like. If you value studying, you like them.
There are no good or bad houses if you have that perspective. Just DIFFERENT houses. Can we quit fighting over it for the sake of these poor new freshmen?
