planning to rush

I'm going to Alabama next year and am really interested in Greek Life, but after scrolling through the site i feel like no houses will want me because I'm not just out of state, I'm out of the country. I think I'm pretty good looking, and my grades are good but I feel like that won't be enough. Can someone let me know if i have any chance of being a part of greek life, as well as what houses will for sure turn me away?
