Recruitment has, in many ways, already started and started around Winter Break. But the answer is yes. Many houses have been rushing pnms for a while now and are forming consensus around many pnms. But it is by no means a closed out situation in any house.

We have certain girls at the top of our list and heavily recruit those girls. We send them the best recruiters during rush, recs, etc. but then again during recruitment some amazing girls come in not on our radar.

For every girl we already have on our radar there is another one that we will meet during formal rush and will decide we want just as much.

We have not selected our entire pledge class. Fall formal recruitment is very important for PNMs we know and for the ones we don't.

Bama has a super high placement rate. You will get a house if you are open to all of the amazing chapters here. They are all awesome!!!!

a lot of the houses, especially ones that have a high number of alabama girls do have a lot of the girls that they want.. but that doesn't mean you don't stand a chance or anything, it's just the chances are smaller AT SOME HOUSES (basically old row) but I'm in an old row house and i came from out of state and didn't really have anything. the rush chair found me on Facebook and i attended spring teas but i never had a real "in" until the first day of rush where i talked to the girl who is now my big!! so it can happen

yeah we know 85% of who we want. There are some spots open for girls we are really impressed by at rush and then we look more into them and their reputation and if they pass that then that girl will be on the list.

They like to think they know who's going to be in their pledge class, but they don't know. They're competing with 5 other sororities for the same 500 girls. They aren't going to get them all.
