ACTUAL PC Rankings

Been some hilarious grinding on here already. Some top houses claiming they got better PCs than they did.
AD/Snu: AD definitely better, but both are easily a tier above. Took mostly anyone they wanted.
SX: Continue their downward trend. Snu may replace them this year.
DU: Meh. Not terrible, but got a lot of kids stolen by Snu, and a couple by chi psi/sig pi.
Chi psi/Sig Pi: Chi psi definitely better, but both did well. Stole a few C4 and both are taking big classes.
ZBT: Pretty standard class. A little better than the past, but nothing notable.
DX: Grind recently has been insane. <15 kids because 2/3 rush chairs quit.
SAE: Stole a few kids from above houses, but not enough to change anything. Solidified themselves as a decent house.
Pike/Lambda: Only other relevant classes. A few standouts but mostly more of the same.
Anyone who says anything different is grinding to save face.

Pretty good takes overall. I would make these adjustments:
AD - still top frat but the pc is not that great
SX - pc fell apart but have some solid guys
SNU - took chillest pc and could take over SX's 2 spot
DU - not the best pc and on the downfall
Chi Psi/Sig Pi - Chi Psi pc was more top-heavy. Sig Pi took a bigger and more well rounded pc
ZBT - standard and not great pc. Lost a lot of guys rush week
DX - pc collapsed and yes they did lose 2 out of the 3 rush chairs in the end because of the fall
SAE - could now be considered a mid-frat
Pike/Lambda - same pcs as usual but now will be competing with SAE in the years to come

they have lost their traditional meathead rep and now are just herbs + some guys on football

Chi Psi is overrated, and all live in triples and quads. Have always had a squiddy rep

I would say SAE PC is mid. Still better than it's past PC's. Somehow convinced their rushes that they had C4 Mixers and just threw money at rushes. I would say Lambda is accurate if not a little bit mid. Pike was better than I expected as they stole some kids from some upper mid houses during dirty rush. Still the occasional squid tho.
