SAE bid or not?

Is it good to take an sae bid I was hoping to get a better house but kinda got stuck with only them. the brothers are not the best should i try to rerush i dont want to lock myself down. People are saying they cant even throw this year because of fire safety or something so i dont even know if its worth it. can someone give me an opinion.

(If this is real) don’t sign it. Your social standing shouldn’t be a concern if you’re joining Greek life for the right reasons. If you don’t like the brothers, don’t sign a bid. End of story.
