Rising Frats 25/26 (Lambda / Pike / PiKapp)

This post focuses on a few houses outside the usual top group (Sig Chi / AD / Snu / DU / DX / Chi Psi / Sig Pi / ZBT) and ranks them by potential going into 25/26.

Lambda has a very distinct vibe (likes boys) — you’ll know it when you walk in. They’re solidly upper‑mid and have carved out a niche that attracts a specific crowd. Socially, they’re doing better than Pike but on par with Pikapp, and their sorority relations reflect that. Brotherhood is mixed but generally tight, and their house pulls good traffic during rush. Definitely worth checking out if you want something structured and established.

Pike (ΠΚΑ):
Pike is still very much a bottom-mid house, and ppl on GreekRank loves to point out how hard they grind the site. Their classes have been improving, but the house still has a noticeable number of guys who are… works in progress. Social schedule leans lower‑mid, though they’re trying to push upward. They’re rising, but not as fast as they claim online. Frosh should visit, but keep expectations realistic.

PiKapp (ΠΚΦ):
PiKapp is the most balanced of the three. They don’t grind the site, they don’t force a vibe, and they’ve built a reputation for being one of the more easygoing, drama‑free mid houses. Brotherhood is consistently strong, and they’ve been getting quiet but meaningful social improvements — nothing flashy, just steady upward movement. Parties are reliably fun without trying too hard. If you want a house where the guys actually like each other and things run smoothly, PiKapp is a very solid option. But Lambda is an arguably better choice depending on who you are.

Don't consider SAE or Phi Tau. Just don't. Good luck during rush.
