info about sororities

any info about sororities other than ranking?
is it true core 4 have a lot of mean girls and drama?
are there any houses that are just nice, normal girls that are close with each other, take school seriously but also like to go out and have fun (and mix with nice, normal guys)?

i think there are some girls in all sororities who take school seriously.
but different sororities have more or less of those girls
