Are there any frats that AREN'T weird

Genuine question. Are there any fraternities that don't have weird brothers but are also active? Every frat I might want to join has a bad reputation of some sort.

This may not be the answer you want but most of the "non-weird" ones in the sense that they don't have intense hazing/any hazing at all/a bad reputation associated with them also happen to be lower ranked. I'd look into Zeta Psi, Fiji, Phi Tau or a frat around that level.
