Under and over rated

This is so real ngl. Theta gets sm hate but they should still be bottom of c4. ZBT is actually the most delulu frat out there they think they r so good. Same w sig pi. I had to go axo one day of rush and lowkey good convos I don’t like how much hate they get. Piphi lowkey has mixed well lately but they keep getting ranked not in align w that. And I can’t make a comment on pikapp bc my friend is in it and I’ve never been to one of their funcs but he is rly sweet. Zbt& sigpi is only liked by GFs of the guys in it

i actually think pikapp underrated, it's just SAE and pike's constant grinding that makes them look worse on here than they actually are. pike guys are actually annoying.

DU kappa and azd definitely overrated. no explanation needed. azd is on here more than any other srat. kappa doesn't grind but i think they are riding on old reputation. same with DU

sdt is underrated. they are always ranked right after c4 (unless azd grinding), they are unproblematic and consistent better than theta in some ways but they aren't on here trying to grind or say they are c4 like other srats.
