1. in all these rankings ZBT (especially) and DX are glorified despite being insanely mid. How does ZBT keep sneaking up above chi psi and sig pi? Your pi phi mixers and one mid concert a year are pretty evident youre not in discussion.

2. AD/SX/SNU are objectively the "core 3", there isnt a core 4 right now as DU has lost their traditional "meathead athletic football dude" culture in the past couple rushes. Theyre still #4, but not with those 3.

3. People in these rankings hate on the houses they hate. chi psi, sig pi, dx, are all underrated in all of these rankings for some reason, despite having the exact same mixing schedules as one another

zbt/dx/chi psi all mix exactly the same - who u like better is a matter of preference because the vibe is different.
if anything sig pi is slightly below at this point (they seem to decline each year)
