NEW C4 mid rankings based on rush

Pike: on track for a huge class, seems sociable based on rush
Phi tau: on track for a decently big class, more competitive than in previous years, some snags
Psk: took a small class but took some guys from pike and phi tau

Pikapp: didn’t really take a class, more like a trio, and a trio of Pikapp guys to make matters worse

Pikapp's pc will probably going to drop after they realize they're going to get hazed 5x harder since there the pc is usually 15+
