Early winners/losers from rush

Winners:
Sig Phi - seemingly has a PC locked, taking guys from other top houses.
ZBT - has their class figured out early with one of the highest retention rates round-to-round.
Pike - has been winning crossrushes with Lambda and Pikapp, taking top guys from both.
DX - smaller but more loyal group of rushes, some studs for sure.

Losers:
AD/SX - Sig Phi took all their rushes and now they have to scramble, time will tell if they can recover.
DU - not many guys seem interested this year. Low invite acceptance rate.
Pikapp - got caught lying to rushes about only being able to attend one event. Has invited a ton of guys each night with not a ton showing up.
Recolonizing houses - extremely low retention for all of them, at least thus far in rush.
