Worst Physical Houses?
by: FroshI’m trying to figure out what open houses to go to. I have a good sense from reading stuff here about what the nicest physical houses are. What are the worst ones? It might help me cut my list a bit (tho I realize a nice physical house is only part of the equation and other things matter a lot too and can overcome a mediocre physical house). But are there any real dumps? And are there any houses that look nice on the outside but are really run down on the inside?

Pike's house is pretty atrocious -- small, cramped, rundown. Only thing going for them is that the location is good on west and the frat is decent.
DTD's is not the best (super 70s vibes), although their party space is surprisingly well designed
AEPi's is horrible, although they're suspended right now anyway
SAM's isn't that special. Was the former PSS house, and before that was KA Society.
KSig's is fairly rundown, although they have a cool bar set up inside.
Honestly most houses aren't bad, but the top physical houses are significantly more impressive than the average frat house.

Phi Tau's is also very lame, but they have a nice yard and good views of Delta Chi
