Best yards / outdoor areas

Which frats here have the best outdoor areas? I'm wondering about size, privacy, usefulness, darty space, and views. My brother's in a frat at another school and they have a big yard and no close neighbors who can snoop, it's a really nice setup. The frats I've partied at here so far this year all have pretty small yards and not much privacy; is this typical here?

Lambda —> deck, gazebo, gorge; DU -> patio; Sig Pi -> beach; Sig Nu -> deck, massive yard; PiKapp -> castle, massive yard; ZBT -> big yard, gorge; Fiji -> gorge

I'm not talking about a nice little gathering spot owned by a frat with a tiny yard or with neighbors a few yards away, which is the reality of some of these "deck," "gazebo," and "gorge" responses.

Thanks for pointing out Sig Nu and ZBT though, I wasn't aware of these.

I've been to PiKapp, wouldn't call it a castle LOL.

ZBT, PiKap, lenroc, SNU, Sig Chi, kind of Fiji since it’s secluded from campus ave, Chi Psi, Beta, KDR

For mid frats phi tau and Pikapp have best yards but they sacrifice location. Chi phi, pike, lambda, psk don’t have good yards though lambda has great outdoor space and their locations better

Lenroc has a few acres on top of a hill with views and a lot of privacy. SNU and ZBT have really big yards too.
