Which frats have the best brotherhood and which should I get away?

Frats that grind the hardest here and chase clout tend to have weak brotherhood cultures. They’re not comfortable with who they are and are looking to get validation externally. If you’re rushing, see this as a big red flag when it comes to brotherhood.

Frats with the largest number of brothers tend to have weaker brotherhood cultures due to math — you can’t know everyone as well, there are more cliques and “brotherhoods within the brotherhood,” etc.

Frats that are strongly associated with a varsity team sometimes have divided brotherhoods, with the brothers who are teammates being the in group and the ones not on the team being the out group.\n\n\n\n\n

Want to know the truth? ZBT always fights with each other and hates each other. Their pc's are incredibly divided but they put on a face during rush so they seem united like when they play paddle smh. When they realize they were trapped, they get angry and turn on each other

Freshmen: all of us, rushes and brothers alike, would be a lot better off if we focused on building and joining strong brotherhoods rather than on what tier we’re in and who we mix with.

The mid frats tend be insecure and striving and some of the worst offenders in terms of grinding.

One of the five recently recolonized frats is always grinding here too.

Which frats are really big and have the most brothers? I want to be in a house where I can know everyone well, so don’t want to check out the huge ones.

Also, what would you say is the sweet spot in terms of a house not being too small (no rep, weak network, weak finances) and too large (clicky, hard to to know all your bros)???

Typically lower frats have really good brotherhoods because they don’t care as much about social climbing and mixing drama. Not saying upper frats don’t have that but there isn’t as much drama in those frats because they don’t care about ranks.
