How to rush when I get here?

Hey everyone, I’m currently a senior at a private school in NYC and ED’d to Cornell. I’m very interested in rushing a frat and want to be in the best one possible. Any tips on how to join one of the top frat? Also do they accept bribes to get a bid? Would appreciate some guidance
