Where does phi delta theta rank amongst the other mid/lower frats?

Def a lower frat, went to some of their parties as a first semester freshman and they were sick af but realistically they have no sorority connections or anything of the sort. Probably don’t even have enough money for formals or date nights

Would probably be lower mid. I don’t think they have srat relations but they throw big parties and have a solid brotherhood with a good rep.

Tbh, phi delt would be most comparable to Beta/DTD. No srat relations but solid brotherhood and known to throw several packed opens every year, mostly for non-Greeks/freshmen. Not to mention all three houses have lots of smart brothers

very mid, roughly in the middle of the ~30 frats on campus. right below the "social relevancy" line but still established with decent rep
