AD/SX - A cut above right now, as shown on the mixing schedule and PCs (insane physical houses)
Sig Phi - step down but still a “top” house (good physical house)
DU - on the drop in terms of rush but mixing better than the houses bellow them (good physical house)
Chi Psi/DX - completely opposite vibes but both did well last rush (great physical houses)
Sig Pi - mixing well but need to replace their seniors this year, just had like 2 years of bad PCs (good physical house)
ZBT - same rush as lambda but better mixing (good house for concerts)
Lambda - got spanked by the university after mixing well last semester, but still mixing solidly (okay physical house)
Chi Phi - good numbers in rush but not translated to better mixing yet (okay physical house)
Pike/PiKapp - consistent in rush but not good, and they rely on better houses to mix well (okay physical houses)
PSK/Phi Tau - numbers ain’t bad in rush but no one cares when you mix with AXO (goofy ass physical houses)
rest are all more or less the same

Chi psi had to cancel again this year bc they wanted to save face. Same thing happened to them two years ago. Can’t have a pc w only 2 kids
