At Truth -did you read what I said? I covered it already -it’s who you know. Who you know covers everything you said-connections etc. And then home zip code and Instagram followers. That’s common knowledge. Do you even go to Cornell?

At truth -They do look at your Instagram. The number of followers might not matter, but they are looking at your Instagram.

This may sound mean, but don’t have a funky hair color during recruitment. Cornell sororities tend to err on the conservative side -especially Core 4. If you want a funky hair color, wait until after recruitment. It’s not fair, but I’m just trying to help future sorority members.

Zip code- no. Do you even go to Cornell?
Having friends in the sororities is the biggest at thing you can do. Be social and try to meet people in Greek life your first semester- clubs are a good way to meet people, for instance.
Work on conversation skills a LOT- try to meet new people and expose yourself to different situations to be prepared
Looks and presentation help, but ultimately having connections and good conversations are the biggest keys here.
