Can you get a bid without dirty rush?

I didn't dirty rush or really party at all in the fall. Can I get a bid anywhere by just showing up to open houses?

Yes, you don't need to dirty rush to get a bid. But keep in mind that some "top" houses already secured most/all of their spring pc. Suggest rushing the mids
