Advice for PNMs
by: PledgemasterAs a senior, this isn't my first rodeo. I pledged in 2020, I hazed in 2021 and 2022, and now I'll be running recruitment in 2023. As a former social chair, I can say from experience that tiers DO matter. Not within them, but the tiers themselves have relevance and directly impact what girls you will interact with. Unless you're an absolute stud, joining a mid, lower or bottom tier frat will turn women away from you. Any success will be despite being in said frat. Do not make this mistake. It's better to be a geed than to be in anything less than upper mid.

Bro really thinks it’s that deep. I’m in a ‘bottom’ frat, average looking and I’ve gotten with girls way out of my league. I don’t even know what sorority they’re in because I don’t understand srat ranks. As long as you’re chill, you’ll have fun anywhere. A weirdo who joins a top frat is still a weirdo and a stud who joins a lower house is still a stud

I think the point is that you obviously didn’t mention what frat you were in and neither did the girl. That’s because your orgs didn’t bring anything positive to your resume so to speak. In a way, you were better off pretending to be a geed than going out there repping you were in Beta or DTD.

If you need to flex your frat to get with someone, you’re a clown. You could say you’re in a top frat but if you’re still a weirdo, no one’s getting with you. It’s very rare that a chick really cares what frat you’re in. What usually happens is that ‘lower’ frats usually have weirder guys that don’t get play anyway and so it may seem that frat ranks really matters
If your whole life revolves around Greek life and u gotta keep mentioning what frat you’re in, chances are you’re a weird kid already
