bump on phi tau not being upper mid. theyve had some good parties like slope day, hoco etc. but all their parties have been filled with girls in mid to lower sororities. unless phi tau starts to consistently mix w pi phi azd etc. they are not upper mid

Agree with DX, disagree with Chi Phi/ZBT. Chi Phi mixes with KD/other sororities that can't mix with ZBT; I think there is a clear distinction. PiKapp agree with too, but Phi Tau should not b higher. Throwing open parties for freshman O week doesn't buy clout.
