DG- very homogeneous and close-knit. Probably the closest knit group
SDT- Same deal as DG, but more deactivations
KKG- Pretty close knit, but not that cohesive. Some drama but nothing major
Azd/KD: Cliquey but good if you find the right group. Some drama.
Pi phi/Theta: Highish deactivation rate but good groups still form.
PSS- High deactivation rate but no weird drama
DDD- High deactivation rate and weird drama
AXO- high deactivation rate . Weird, petty drama
Aphi- Keep having incidents.

Look up total house numbers for last few years and you can see which houses actually have lots of members deactivate and those that are always close to total. This is wrong in a lot of ways

spring 2021 grade report tells the story

dg, sdt, kappa have highest house total and got there with typical pledge class sizes (e.g. no COB/snap bids, fewest deactivations)

small pledge class sizes (below 35) indicates low interest

large pledge class sizes (above 40) indicates snap bids, COB since house totals were lower for whatever reason (eg deactivations, poor rush cycle)

grades are on there too if you care
