FRATS ON THE RISE AND DECLINE

Freshmen should take this into consideration when rushing. Only added the frats that are known to mix consistently i.e mixers every weekend.
Steady:
1-Sig Chi
2-AD
3-Sigma Phi
4-DU
5-DX
6-Chi Psi
7-Chi Phi
Top is mostly steady. They will still be taking strong classes and keep mixing once this whole drama will blow over. Rankings may go up and down but they will still mix with the same sororities.
On the rise:
1-Lambda
2-ZBT
3-Phi Tau
4-Pike
5-Pikapp
These frats have been consistently taking good classes and the quality of their events has dramatically improved the past two semesters. They have also been generally not problematic. Mids as a whole have been doing a lot better this semester throwing big events that girls from all sororities have been attending
On the decline:
1- Sig Pi
2- TDX
TDX is self explanatory. I do not think they will be throwing any time soon. They just made the NY times and Cornell will likely take action against them.
Sig Pi has been consistently taking bad classes for the past 2 semesters and their sorority relations have taken a hit because of it.
The rest of the frats are still good options if you are in it for the brotherhood.

Adjustments:
Pikapp - falling (bad PC, lost relations with AZD, barely mix with KD)
Chi Phi - rising (filling in void left by DX and Sig Pi)
ZBT - steady (no spectacular PC or parties, sorority relations worse than Pike + Phi Tau
DX - falling (bad PC, empty C4 mixers)
DU - falling (SA allegations, 3 man fall PC)
Chi Psi - rising (mixing more with C4 sororities, dropping KD, AEPhi)

thats simply false. KD, AEPhi girls rather go to a pike/phitau bigway than a ZBT mixer. ZBT mixes with more sororities, but their mixer frequency is much lower because the houses they mix with rather go to other frats

pikapp is NOT rising. theyre falling so hard with their entire fall class dropping, losing TDX (their main mixing partner), and losing all the good sororities they mixed with (AZD, PiPhi, AEPhi). they only mix with KD now and they refuse to drop to tridelt axo. only reason parties were good was bc they were open to frosh
