Top Parties: mostly based off of quality of people & friendships
SX - good parties but be careful
AD - objectively great party space w/ 8 ways but you literally can't and should not drink there
DU - bad party space at the house, annex is falling, has been throwing clunkers
SigPhi - doesn't have that many brothers. Parties are only good if they invite other dudes over
Great Parties:
Chi Phi - Throws 2-3 times a weekend. guys go hard. good balcony overlook. Limited c4 relations
Chi Psi - Throws 1-2 a weekend. basement great for big ways. better c4 relations. 1 on 1s are not as fun
Sig Pi - Throws 1-2 a weekend. Beach parties are fun but inside is not as great. best c4 relations of these. house is falling
Good Parties:
DX - Throws maybe once a weekend. Super social climby so will only mix with orgs that will raise their "clout"
Lambda - Basement is good but gets hot. Throw 1-2 a weekend
TDX - when a TDX party hits, it hits. more than half of the parties are a bust. only fun when great hall is packed
Fine parties
Pi Kapp - Throws 2-3 times a weekend. guys go super hard but basement is literally a sauna. fun as a freshman
Pike - Throws 1-2 a weekend. basement is hot and ceiling is very low
Irrelevant/Might as well stay in.

ZBT parties are ass. one concert doesnt change anything. most forgettable frat at cornell
