Sig Pi - Best mixing schedule in the list, worst rushing tied with Lambda and the good kids in the house will be graduating next year
DX - Nice guys and nice brotherhood. Con is that they’d rather not mix at all than grow a pair and mix with someone that’s not core 4 / AZD SDT.
Chi Psi - Super nice house gotta be the best perk here. Con is a reputation of being stuck up social climbers, like off brand AD. But that’s just a rep and if you meet them and don’t believe it, then all best to you.
Lambda - Foam AND paint parties!!! No but seriously the best pro is that it’s easiest to get into and they somehow get concerts all the time now. Con is that they don’t mix well at all and aren’t on the same tier as those 4.

Overall just rush houses yourself and get off this site. You’ll be so much happier rushing and choosing the house you like the best rather than deferring to anonymous judgement.
