Delta Kappa Epsilon a new C4 mid

They've been flying under the radar for a couple years, but I think they've sneakily become the last c4 mid. While PSK has fallen and Ksig has gone nowhere, DKE has steadily improved its mixing schedule, grew it's brotherhood quite a bit, and hosts pretty packed parties on the reg.

DKE is barely lower mid at this point. No one in greek life thinks this.
