FINAL FRAT TIERS FALL 2022

It is impossible to rank all the fraternities because no one has Insight about every fraternity. However, it is easy to classify each frat in its tier depending on who they cross rush with and mix with.
Tier 1: Sig Chi, DU, AD, Sig Phi
Tier 2: Sig Pi, DX, Chi Psi
Tier 3: Chi Phi, Lambda, ZBT, TDX
Tier 4: Pikapp, Phi Tau, Pike, PSK
Tier 5: Kappa Sig, DKE, AGR, Phi Delt
Tier 6: Rest of the frats. They don’t mix and only throw opens if they throw at all
Tier 7: Sig Nu, SAE, other unrecognised frats

pikapp’s relevancy is that their house was ran through by upper frats and sororities using them for their party space lol

that is just not true. It is a well known fact that pi phi and azd mix consistently with pikapp because their houses are right next to each other. maybe pike gets the occasional pi phi or azd mixer once a semester but no way phi tau or psk do lmao

Yea people need to realise getting fetty doesn’t automatically guarantee core 4 mixers for the next sem. The only reason people even showed up to lambda on slope day was fetty. Maybe if they got fetty for every mixer lambda can be called a top tier frat

Lambda has been on the rise for a while now. Their events have been hitting this past year. The foam party was great and they’ve been attracting girls from all sororities. They’re at least better than chi phi imo
