"Top" Frats: NEEDS TO BE SAID

Being an "elite" frat does NOT make you attractive. The truth of the matter is that these top frats don't have many attractive guys: they are pretty much scattered throughout the tiers. Yes, they may have money and social clout, but Sig Pi isn't anymore attractive than Lambda. It just is the status.

The top houses have way more athletes and fit/tall guys. Attractiveness is somewhat attractive, but there's objectively more healthy people in the top houses than the mids.
