theta on the decline

I’ve heard that theta’s on the decline. Why is that? What’s their mixing situation?
Any other info appreciated as they’re my top house rn.

theta has been at the bottom of C4 pretty solidly now for 3 years. If you ask me, it's because they've prioritized taking "alternative" or non typically greek girls for a while over taking girls that actually work well together. And last year, they took a very SDT pc. It's not a bad house, but compared to the other C4 that are very wealthy, beautiful, and social, it is just very different-- WAY WAY WAY less social, less emphasis on beauty (debatable), and all that. Still wealthy though.

they’re not falling but they get slandered by sdt and aphi on this site all the time. mixer priority with du and sig pi but do plenty of 4-ways with other houses too. try to choose based off you’re conversations not based off the lies other sororities will post on this site!
